Draining Jutsu is a jutsu developed by The Cursed Ninja. He developed it after he mutated. He uses this jutsu when he's low on chakra and takes the chakra from others to refill his chakra. This jutsu also lets the user use other jutsu like a copy jutsu that Kakashi Hatake uses.
